I was feeling a little humorous this morning. 
another Valentines Day is here
sending lovers in a panic
the rush to find that perfect gift
making ordinary people seem manic
what should I buy him or her
the agitation that ensues
suitors running to and fro
thoughts of passion they pursue
dearest cupid you foolish archer
it’s time to converse about your aim
poisoning people with your darts
this holiday of yours is lame!
