Sticky Note: Social Media

Trying to keep ones blog “out there” to attract more readers and showcase what you can do is a 24/7 job. To help that process along, I have joined a heap.. a peck.. a slew, of social media sites. I welcome you all to join me on this journey of self-pimping!

You will find me here, and are welcome to follow and/or stalk at your whim! πŸ˜€

Also, though I make no promises of completion, or even that I will scratch the surface, I am now a proud member of NaNoWriMo and you can find my page here: Phoebe’s NaNoWriMo Feel free to add me, as I am a lonely girl with no writing buddies at the moment.

I will probably add this sticky note to an actual page to make it easier for y’all to find me if you want to! πŸ˜€

  1. I “Liked” your facebook, you can like mine also. I don’t have a twitter or a pinterest, but I am seriously thinking of pinterest. Twitter just strikes me as constant spam..Yuck.

    • Thank you, I will go have a look at yours as well.

I don’t spend tons of time on either place, but I have not seen a lot of spam on twitter. Yet anyway. If I do I will report it to be sure.

  2. I love twitter spam, hot girls who want me? It’s a nice lie! lol. Seriously though, I had something serious to say, I can’t remember what… oh NaNo… I tried to do Camp NaNo and I failed miserably. I am not a novelist, nope, nope, nope. Can I just be a cheer leader and cheer you on?

    • Hot girls? Okay.. so not fair.. where are the hot guy spams? I’m writing a letter now. πŸ˜›

I will probably fail too, but at least this way I can say I tried.. right? You can certainly be my cheerleader. Will you wear the uniform? rofl

  3. I’ll look for you on Twitter, Facebook, and Google+ πŸ˜‰ I actually love Twitter. I’m not on it every day, but I feel I’ve built a fair following just by retweeting and thanking people with they follow me. One thing that is very helpful in Twitter is you can make lists of individuals or groups. I use them to view tweets by friends who are not very active so their tweets get lost in all the other tweets. With the lists, I can stay on top of what they are doing and help promote their work. I’m getting better with Facebook and Google+ but all these media plus the blog are hard to keep up with.
I’m going to participate in NaNoWriMo this year too. So if you want, we can be writing buddies πŸ™‚

    • Thank you! I followed you back on everything. I’m not on Twitter every day either, but I do try to stop by from time to time with some random chatter or photos. Thank you for the Twitter tips, I will be sure to look in to doing that.

I totally agree on all of them being hard to keep up with! I feel like I should post disclaimers letting everyone know that I may not be on each and every one, every single day lol.

Good luck to us both on NaNo! πŸ˜€
